• Mountain Bikes - with wide tires and 8+ speeds, in excellent working condition
• Towels - hand and bath towels, washcloths, new or nearly new, in dark colors
• Sleeping bags and blankets - new or gently used
• Hooded sweatshirts - black, gray, dark blue, or green, size medium or large
• Vests and jackets - fleece, for cold weather, size medium through extra large
• Socks - black tube or sweat socks
• Toiletries - combs, deodorant, disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste; bars of soap, family size, Zest or Palmolive
• Snacks - microwave popcorn, 100% fruit juice boxes, Kirkland sport drink
• Miscellaneous - laundry soap, Pampers (all sizes), cooking oil (but not olive or peanut oil, please), paper towels, toilet paper

Monthly food and clothing distribution Mobile Pantries in Pescadero and La Honda (approximately 183 adults and 138 children) as well as distribution of emergency food supplies such as rice, beans and canned foods, for a total of over 37 tons of food each year.

Distribution of cold weather items such as rain gear, sleeping bags and blankets and bicycles for transportation (approximately 100 of each, every year).

Transportation coordination for more than 200 trips via SamCoast to health and other appointments in Half Moon Bay, Redwood City, San Mateo, and Palo Alto.
