Enrollment in health insurance programs, such as Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, Well program, and WIC for approximately 75 families each year.

Increase access to health care for more than 300 people through our partnership with San Mateo County Department of Health weekly mobile health van and Public Health Nurse posted at Puente 32 hours each week and transportation coordination for more than 100 health visits each year.
